Client Experience Team Member

Position Summary

Part‑time Client Experience Team Member – permanent role, 25 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 5pm–10pm) at DWR Veterinary Specialists.

Responsibilities

• Greeting emergency clients and their pets upon arrival in a warm and friendly manner
• Communicating directly with our vets and nurses regarding appointments, clients and patients
• Explaining to clients the status of their accounts, taking payments and issuing invoices
• Checking accounts before discharge to ensure they are up to date and correct
• Arranging routine and emergency appointments from referring veterinarians in primary care practice
• Fielding phone and electronic enquiries from clients, referring veterinarians and colleagues
• Maintaining patient clinical records using our practice management software system

Salary

£16,875 per annum.
