Role Overview

• Job Title: Fish Header and Trimmer

• Position: Full-time, Permanent
• Shops/Shift: Day and night shifts available

Key Responsibilities

• Remove heads from various types of fish quickly and cleanly.
• Trim fillets to remove bones, skin, and belly fat.
• Inspect fish to ensure it meets our high quality and safety standards.
• Use sharp knives and machinery safely every day.
• Clean workstations to maintain strict hygiene rules.

• Experience: Previous knife skills or fish factory experience is preferred but not essential.
• Pace: Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-moving environment.
• Fitness: Comfort standing for long periods in a chilled environment.
