Are you an HGV driver fed up with not knowing when you’re working next? We’re looking for flexible Class 1 drivers to join us at our Anglian site in Norwich on a permanent contract. This contract operates predominately wagon and drag vehicles as well as rigids and artics.

Pay, Benefits and More

You will be working five out of seven days with approximately two nights out per week. A night out rate of £26.20 is payable. Holiday entitlement is 25 days per year, excluding statutory bank holidays. Overtime is paid at time and a half after 52 hours. In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive salary of £39,206, with potential earnings in excess of £42,000.

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day

• Deliver glazing products across the UK
• Operate wagon and drag vehicles as well as rigid units and artics
• You will know your work pattern in advance
• This is a permanent contract, giving you longer‑term certainty

What You Need to Succeed at XPO

• Full UK driving licence (C+E entitlement), no more than six penalty points on the licence and no DD, DR, IN, or CD endorsements
• A valid CPC and Digital Tacho card
• Excellent knowledge of the UK road network
