Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Mixologist or Cocktail Bartender.
• Strong knowledge of classic and signature cocktails, spirits, wines, and premium beverages.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Creative, organised, and passionate about delivering exceptional drinks and guest experiences.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
