Serco is recruiting a full-time Lifeguard to join the team at The Quarry Fitness and Swimming Centre in Shrewsbury. In this role, you will ensure the safe use of the pool, providing vital support to all visitors while promoting active and healthy lifestyles.
You will need strong swimming skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or equivalent.
