Retail Supervisor – Part Time

Overview

Multiple Part Time Retail Supervisor Positions Available! We are recruiting a new retail supervisor for our shop in Ponders End, Enfield, Greater London. Part‑time contracts available with a variety of shift patterns including weekend work.

Pay & Benefits

Hourly pay rate of £13.61, guaranteed minimum 16 hours per week (£217 per week). Overtime may be available.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the management team and support the manager in leading the team to run an efficient shop and provide outstanding service to customers.
• Take full responsibility for running the shop in the manager’s absence, ensuring customers are looked after, deliveries are handled quickly and shop routines are completed to maintain a safe, clean and tidy shop.
• Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders and develop the team of retail assistants.
• Take responsibility for control of operational costs including shrinkage, waste and payroll.

Qualifications

• A friendly, positive, hard working approach to work.
• People‑oriented, able to build strong working relationships with others.
• Trustworthy and reliable – an important part of a small team.
• Experience as a supervisor, team leader or manager in retail or similar industries encouraged but not required.
• Ability to complete an Employment Verification check and a Basic DBS/Disclosure Scotland check if successful.
