Teaching Assistant Level 3

Start: July 2026

Hours: 37 Hours, term time only (39 weeks)

Salary: FTE £26,264 – £27,658 (actual £22,561 – £23,759)

Location: Kettering Science Academy

Closing date: 22nd June 2026

Responsibilities

• Work one-to-one with students and support them in small groups.
• Assist with the delivery of the curriculum and provide a supportive learning environment.
• Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students and comply with child protection, health and safety, confidentiality and data protection policies.

Qualifications

• Teaching Assistant Level 3 qualification required.
• Level 2 Teaching Assistants willing to work towards Level 3 qualification will also be considered.
• Empathetic, well‑motivated, capable of working independently and within a team.
