Class 1 Day Driver – Keighley

Major Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for ongoing day work based out of Keighley. This role offers a temp‑to‑perm opportunity for reliable, professional drivers seeking consistent weekday work with competitive pay rates and the potential to secure a permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Drive Class 1 Day vehicles in Keighley.
• Start shift at 05:30 and work approximately 11‑hour shifts.
• Perform trailer swaps, tip and re‑load work.
• Cover routes to Liverpool, Derby, Rochdale, Manchester and Carlisle, typically completing deliveries/collections in two locations per day.

Pay & Benefits

While employed through Major Recruitment, drivers earn £15.52 per hour. Upon successful completion of the temp‑to‑perm period, the permanent salary is approximately £43,300 per annum.

Requirements
