Autonomous Site Safety & Compliance Lead

Perform Recruitment is seeking a confident and proactive Site Safety & Compliance Officer for their Howden site in North Yorkshire. This standalone role offers genuine autonomy and the chance to lead the safety function in a 150-employee operational environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing safety and compliance, conducting risk assessments, and enhancing site safety culture. A NEBOSH Diploma and IOSH membership are desirable but not essential, and strong communication skills are a must.
