Skills Coach – Supported Internships (Kingston)

Royal Mencap Society is seeking a passionate Skills Coach for its Supported Internship programme in Kingston-upon-Thames. In this full-time role, you will support individuals with mild to moderate learning disabilities to complete their training and develop the necessary skills for employment.

Your responsibilities include delivering personalized support in the community classroom and ensuring the success of young adults aiming for paid positions. The role offers a salary of £25,577 per annum (pro-rata) along with 32 days of paid holiday.
