This Aspiring Maths Teacher Program (Salaried Training) offers a structured and supportive pathway into teaching, particularly suited to individuals who are new to the classroom or prefer a gradual transition into the profession.

Person Specification

  • Must have a related degree for specific subject from a reputable university (minimum 2:2)
  • Good A Levels & GCSEs across the board
  • Some previous experience supporting students, e.g. tutoring, teaching assistant
  • You must be able to engage and motivate the students
  • Commitment and ambition to succeed is key throughout!
