The Opportunity
Breakfast chef at Farington Lodge Hotel, start at 6.30am until 1pm with a 30 minute break, five days a week, may include some weekends. A great opportunity for a chef requiring regular shift pattern of work. Ideally would suit someone local. You will be required to prepare and cook full English breakfast, and some baking of cakes.
What We’re Looking For
We believe in recruiting for potential as well as experience. Our ideal candidate will be required to be, have:
- Good standard of culinary skills (catering qualifications would be advantage)
- Basic food hygiene certificate level 2 (can be completed on site at the hotel).
- Knowledge and understanding of food allergens.
- Punctual and reliable for work
- Be able to work unsupervised
