Job Overview

Primary objectives for the Group Exercise Instructor include ensuring the safety and enjoyment of everyone participating in the class, promoting excellence of customer service, motivating people to enjoy exercise through good communication and selling skills, and running classes of a high standard to produce desired outcomes for all members.

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated group fitness instructor to join our team at our leisure centre.

Key Responsibilities and Qualities

• Exercise to Music Level 2 / Les Mills Qualification / Aqua Instructor
• Gain acceptance and respect from clients and the teams involved
• Build strong relationships with customers, clients, and employees
• Communicate at different levels of the organisation, both listening and directing
• Meet the demands of the role by working additional hours when required
• Demonstrate clear identification with all customer requirements
• Maintain and be committed to good employee relations and deliver quality training
• Be motivated and enthusiastic when teaching the session
