KS3-4 Teaching Assistant: Student Support

Wath Academy is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work closely with students across Key Stage 3 & 4 who may have specific learning needs. This role involves providing general classroom support and pastoral guidance to ensure students achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset and excellent communication skills. This permanent role begins in September 2026 and involves 32.5 hours of work per week, term-time only.
