SEN Teacher
Location: Solihull. Start Date: ASAP. Contract: Full-time or Part-time, Temporary (with potential to become permanent). Pay: Teachers’ Pay Scale (experience dependent)

The Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with a range of SEND requirements.
You will create a positive and inclusive learning environment, working closely with Teaching Assistants, parents, carers and external professionals to ensure every pupil receives the support they need to succeed.

About You
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- QTS (preferred), OR strong teaching experience with unqualified teacher status
- Experience working with students with SEND (particularly ASC, ADHD, or SEMH)
- Ability to adapt and personalise the curriculum for individual learning needs
- Resilience, creativity, and a genuinely supportive attitude
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in a special school or alternative provision
- Understanding of SEND legislation and safeguarding requirements
