Safeguarding Adult Advisor (Bank Band 7)

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and committed Safeguarding Adult Advisors to join our temporary staffing bank team. This role is based at North Middlesex University Hospital.
Team
The Safeguarding Team at North Middlesex covers adults, children and maternity and is led by the Associate Director of Safeguarding. The team works closely with all divisions of the hospital to ensure the safety of all children, young people and adults at risk is maintained by providing expert advice and support, training and oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert safeguarding advice and support to the Trust.
- Support the implementation and application of the Mental Capacity Act, best interest decision making and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.
- Ensure positive outcomes for patients lacking capacity in line with statutory obligations.
- Maintain robust monitoring and assurance systems.
- Promote best practice and implement national and local multi‑agency guidelines.
- Support all activities to meet the Trust’s safeguarding responsibilities for adults at risk.
