Overview

As an Apprentice Dental Nurse, you’ll support clinicians to deliver high‑quality dental treatments and help the smooth running of your surgery and the practice. You will enjoy being part of a passionate team that cares for patients and helps the nation smile. Alongside your role, you will achieve a Level3 in Dental Nursing.

What You’ll Do

• Reception duties: answering phone calls and greeting patients.
• Managing patient queries.
• Handling payments.
• Booking appointments and follow‑ups.
• Sterilising and preparing equipment for dentists.
• Recording and managing patient records.
• Supporting patient wellbeing and their dental experience.
• Cleaning dental areas, including chairs.
• Managing stock of equipment and supplies.
• Providing any other duties to support dentists and the senior team in delivering effective patient care.
