Silverleigh is located in the centre of Axminster, Devon.
- £12.71 per hour
- Contracted to 40 hours per week
- Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
Role Overview
As Activities Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing daily life by delivering engaging, meaningful and person‑centred activities that promote wellbeing, independence and social interaction.
You will plan and deliver a varied programme of group and one‑to‑one activities, tailored to individual interests, abilities and care needs. Building strong relationships is essential, enabling a clear understanding of preferences and supporting inclusive participation for all individuals, including those living with dementia.
Working as part of the wider team, the role contributes to a positive and stimulating environment where individuals feel valued, active and connected. The successful candidate will be required to work alternate weekends.
