Senior Care Lead (Days) — Empower Residents & Team

Sandstone Care Group is seeking a Senior Care Practitioner for day shifts at Priesty Fields Care Home in Congleton. You will lead the care team, oversee medication administration, and ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centred care during 8am–8pm shifts across a 38.5 hour week.

The role requires strong supervisory experience in a residential setting, the ability to mentor colleagues, and a calm, positive leadership style to maintain high standards and effective teamwork.
