Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a world‑class customer experience by coaching the team to deliver exceptional customer service across all brands and touchpoints.
  • Act as a L’Oréal Luxe brand ambassador, providing a luxurious customer experience through personalised service and merchandising standards.
  • Demonstrate product expertise and storytelling, immersing customers into brand history and offering tailored product knowledge, tips, and techniques.
  • Foster omni‑experiences by informing customers about in‑store events, promotions, brand activations and representing L’Oréal Luxe brands on social media, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Exceed sales targets by developing and executing retail plans to achieve and surpass store retail targets and KPIs, driving long‑term growth and profitability.
  • Create a dynamic annual calendar of events and animations that generate excitement for L’Oréal Luxe brands and increase store growth.
  • Generate creative ideas and implement innovative strategies to drive new business growth, especially during product launches and brand anniversaries.
  • Build and maintain a loyal VIP customer base, fostering long‑term relationships and driving repeat business.
  • Lead talent acquisition, recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, and continuous development of Beauty Advisors.
  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance monitoring on team productivity, service levels, product knowledge, and selling skills.
  • Address and resolve HR issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain counter standards, brand visual merchandising guidelines, cleanliness, and overall housekeeping to embody the luxury retail environment.
  • Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks using designated platforms (Tamigo/One Retail).
  • Ensure adequate stock levels, manage stock‑in‑trade, testers, and point‑of‑sale displays.
