Location: Bradford

Time Type: Full Time

Monday to Friday 7:00am start (EU Drivers’ Hours Regulation – EC561/2006)

Main Purpose of the role

DSV is looking to recruit an HGV Class 2 (Category C) Day Driver. You will be part of a team of over 30 drivers, delivering exceptional service and playing a key role in our operations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive the latest spec equipment, including VOLVO, Mercedes and MAN vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Multi-rop deliveries and collections through the North-East of England
• Perform daily walk round checks and report any defects
• Communicate with the transport office
• Efficient and safe transport of goods.

Qualifications

• 1 year’s previous experience in a similar role
• Valid HGV Class 2 license, maximum permissible points = 6
• No DD, DR, DG or IN Endorsements
• Valid Digi card
• Valid Drivers CPC
• A good understanding of EU and WTD Driver’s hours regulations
