Overview
We are seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant within our dedicated ALN team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting pupils to achieve their full potential, across our 3-19 age range.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to individual pupils and small groups.
- Upskill to deliver interventions.
- Work under the direction of the class teacher to deliver high‑quality learning experiences.
- Assist with planning, preparation, and assessment as appropriate to the role.
- Promote positive behaviour and uphold the school’s values and ethos.
- Support the welfare, safety, and inclusion of all learners.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Teaching assistant experience.
- Excellent communication skills in a school setting.
- A positive, flexible, and team‑focused approach.
- Willingness to undertake professional training.
- Ability to use Welsh and English.
- Experience or enthusiasm to upskill to deliver interventions.
