Part-Time Early Help Family Support Specialist

Hurst Green is seeking a proactive and compassionate part-time Family Support Worker based in Dudley. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with children and families, assess and deliver Early Help interventions, and manage a varied caseload.

The role requires strong safeguarding knowledge and the ability to engage with families and multi-agency professionals. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential. The post involves working on-site in the office 3+ days a week or full-time.
