Job Description:

Responsibilities

Picking and selecting the best quality products on the shop floor that online customers have ordered, ready for delivery to their doorsteps. Providing brilliant substitutions where products are out of stock.

Using a handset that plans your route around the store, knowing what you need to select and how long you have to complete each task.

Working behind the scenes to handle customer queries, process orders, and help load the vans for our Home Delivery Drivers.

Always ready to serve customers brilliantly: supporting with any questions and proactively offering help.

Building great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations.

Working flexibly across the store as required. Thriving in fast‑paced, physical and high‑energy environments, often on your own but also as part of a team.

Maintaining the store clean, clutter‑free and providing the best shopping experience for our customers.

Using initiative to solve problems and taking responsibility for owning tasks.

Comfortable with learning and using new digital tools and technology to do the job brilliantly.

Supporting an inclusive culture where every colleague can reach their full potential and every customer feels welcome.

Qualifications

  • You must be above the school‑leaver age in your country (GOV.UK).
  • If shifts start earlier than 6am or later than 11pm you must be at least 18years old.
  • You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
  • Ability to lift and move shopping containers up to 15kg.
  • Great attention to detail and willingness to learn.
