This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to work alongside some of the industry’s finest master craftsmen while developing the skills needed to become a highly skilled Gunmaker, with a long‑term goal of securing permanent employment.

What You’ll Do
- Undertake all aspects of the apprenticeship training programme, completing practical and theoretical learning
- Learn and develop skills across multiple craftsmanship departments
- Operate machinery, tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Produce work to the exceptionally high‑quality standards expected by Holland & Holland
- Follow all Health & Safety policies and safe working procedures
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Factory
- Assist in achieving production targets while maintaining quality
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement
- Maintain a positive attitude towards learning and personal development
Training Outcome
Progressing to a Level 3 Engineering Technician Apprenticeship (36–48 months), subject to successful completion of Level 2.

Working Week: Monday to Friday, working within operational hours of 6.00am – 6.00pm
