Role Summary

The governors of Greenhill Special School seek an Assistant Headteacher to work alongside the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher, leading a team of dedicated and motivated staff committed to maintaining and building on our school’s strengths. Greenhill School is a highly respected special school with 150 pupils, located in the village of Rhiwbina and other sites across Cardiff. We are a friendly, trauma‑informed school with high aspirations for all pupils, and every staff member is a trauma‑informed practitioner. Practitioner status is an essential requirement for this role.
