We are seeking an outstanding Graduate Maths Teaching Assistant to join a high‑achieving, ambitious secondary school in the West Midlands. This role is designed for high‑calibre graduates who are passionate about mathematics and eager to gain valuable, hands‑on classroom experience before pursuing a career in education.

Key Responsibilities

• Support students in Maths lessons, working alongside expert teachers
• Stretch high‑achieving students through problem‑solving and extension work
• Provide targeted one‑to‑one and small group support
• Assist in preparing lesson materials
• Assess and monitor student progress

About You

• A strong degree in Mathematics or a related subject (2:1 or above)
• Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for working with young people
• Clear communication and the ability to explain complex ideas simply
