Position
Individual Needs Assistant – 8:45 am to 3:20 pm, five days a week (30 minutes unpaid lunch break). Total hours: 30 hours 25 minutes per week.
Hours & Working Pattern
Part‑time, term‑time only. 39 weeks per year plus 6.05 weeks annual leave (increasing after five years of continuous service). Salary is pro‑rated to hours worked.

Tuesday 14 July 2026 at 12:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities
- Support children across the primary age group, including those with additional needs.
- Assist with medical responsibilities and undertake training as required.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with each child.
- Provide calm, caring, and resilient support to children and staff.
- Communicate effectively and work as a strong team player.
- Demonstrate flexibility and creativity in supporting student development.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in supporting children with and without additional needs.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Willingness to undertake training and medical responsibilities.
- Calm, caring, and resilient character.
