Permanent, Full Time. Grade 3 (SCP 9‑12). Salary £27,254 – £28,598. Location: Castle Point (Runnymede & Waterside). Closing Date: 19 July 2026.

Empower & inspire individuals through Health & Wellbeing programmes, helping them overcome barriers to activity.
Conduct personalized inductions and chemical education sessions, ensuring every member feels supported.
Deliver high‑quality training focused on functional longevity, mental wellbeing and physical strength.
Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where members feel belonging.
Maintain facilities as clean, safe and pleasant environments.

Exceptional customer care and the ability to build rapport with a diverse community.
Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training (REPs/CIMSPA) and current First Aid qualification.
Background in gym or community leisure settings with experience adapting coaching styles for all levels.
Strong organisational skills and a “Health & Safety first” approach.
