Autism Anglia is seeking a Pastoral Wellbeing Lead for Doucecroft School in Colchester. You will be part of the Senior Leadership Team, overseeing mental health, behaviour, and inclusion strategies to support students, especially those with complex needs.

The ideal candidate will have a degree-level qualification and safeguarding training, as well as significant experience in a leadership role focusing on wellbeing and safeguarding.
