Grosvenor Group is seeking a concierge to work in one of London’s prestigious residential garden squares on Eaton Square. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for residents, ensuring they are informed about any issues and that all concierge services are delivered efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-end customer-focused setting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle challenging situations. This position involves a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
