Trauma-Informed Youth Navigator for A&E

Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced individual to join their Emergency Department team in Bristol. This role focuses on providing specialist support to young people aged 11-25 years following incidents of interpersonal violence or exploitation-related harm, using trauma-informed approaches.

You’ll deliver critical interventions aimed at facilitating young people’s safety and ongoing support as they transition from hospital to community services. Collaboration with healthcare professionals and community partners is key in this impactful role.
