Retail Security Officer – Visible Guard & Customer Support

Manchester Arndale is looking for a Retail Security Officer based in Stranraer. In this role, you will ensure a safe shopping environment while maintaining a visible security presence. You will respond to incidents, deter theft, and provide excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate must hold a valid SIA Licence and have relevant security experience, alongside strong observational skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
