Role Overview As an Apprentice Sales Assistant you’ll serve customers with a smile, share our Star Buys and ensure everyone leaves feeling great. You’ll help keep the store looking its best and fully stocked, while playing a key role in smashing store targets. This hands‑on, fast‑paced role offers continuous learning and the chance to develop into a future Team Leader with excellent training and real opportunities to progress.
Your training will take place in‑store over the first 12 months; you will complete a discussion and an observation of you performing your role at the end of the period, supported by your team and tutor to achieve the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.
What you’ll bring to the role
- Positive mindset and clear communication skills
- Passionate about health & beauty and customer service
- Desire to learn and improve knowledge and skills
- Flexible in working hours and adaptable to change
Qualifications
- Grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths (national 4’s for Scotland)
- Not currently in any form of education and available for full‑time shifts
- Have not completed a Retail Apprenticeship before
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Brand new to retail
