Availability

Availability Window: Sun 13:15–24:00; Mon 13:00–24:00; Wed 13:00–24:00; Thu 13:00–24:00; Sat 13:00–24:00. New availability window information may apply. Hours are scheduled with at least 3 weeks’ notice. A minimum of 16 hours per week is guaranteed; roles from 12 hours are also available.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
• Work across all areas of the store and with all colleagues; act as the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.
• Build positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
• Confidently lead the store in the Manager’s absence.
• Make balanced, flexible decisions and adapt well to change.
• Coach colleagues, give feedback, and role model excellent service.
• Stay curious and seek opportunities to serve customers, communities, and the planet better every day.

Experience & Qualities

• Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and meeting customer needs.
• Ability to build positive, long-lasting relationships and create an inclusive, supportive team environment.
• Clear communicator using a variety of methods to keep the team informed.
• Natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.
