Sales Associate – Merthyr Tydfil

As a part‑time Sales Associate in Merthyr Tydfil, you will have guaranteed contracted hours and the flexibility to work additional overtime shifts to support our retail network.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service in line with our ‘Mr Wicked Cares’ structure.
• Accurately process customer purchases to maintain stock accuracy.
• Complete customer refunds and credits.
• Maintain high store standards through cleanliness, presentation and overall store image.
• Keep up to date with, test and demonstrate all of our products.
• Assist with stock counts and highlight any discrepancies to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Professional, enthusiastic and friendly.
• Experience in meeting sales targets or KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Belief in providing the best service to every customer.
• Thrives in an environment where one feels valued.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work across 7 days.
• Over 18 years of age.
