About the role
Our Customer Delivery Driver rate of pay starts from £14.18 an hour; this increases to £15.45 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with a flexible range down to 12 hours.

Availability Window
- Sunday: 07:00 – 19:00
- Monday: 17:00 – 23:00
- Friday: 17:00 – 23:00
Responsibilities
- Ensure van and trays are clean and tidy.
- Leave the back yard clean, tidy and free of rubbish; pick up litter if seen.
- Wash trays as part of the tray wash process.
- Load the van and check roadworthiness.
- Communicate with customers regarding order changes, substitutions, and refunds.
- Handle products carefully.
- Explain that substitution costs are free to the customer.
- Deliver during the customer’s time slot.
- Call the customer before arriving if early.
- Contact the store/centre if running 30 minutes or more late.
Qualifications
- Build relationships with colleagues to foster team spirit.
- Be warm and welcoming in interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Respond quickly to changing customer needs.
- Energetic and driven to deliver beyond expectations.
- Share ideas with managers and colleagues on store improvements.
- Hold a UK/EU/EEA driving licence (Full or Automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
- Adhere to GB Domestic Driving Rules.
