An exciting Programme Director opportunity has become available within our dedicated Infrastructure Business Unit. As the Programme Director, you will lead the client team in delivery of a multi‑billion‑pound investment sub‑programme across several major projects, driving commercial performance and on‑time delivery.Responsibilities
Accountable to the Director of Infrastructure for project and programme performance in delivery of this major sub‑programme, to meet the functional scope defined by the sponsoring business.Governance and leadership of Heads of Project to deliver defined major projects to agreed schedule, cost and quality commitments.Executive interface with tier one supply chain partners.Commercial accountability for design and delivery partners.Senior Leadership Team member, contributing to the development of the DBU approach and change programme.Qualifications
Experience as a Programme Director, Senior Programme Manager or Delivery Director across Nuclear, Defence, Transport, Energy & Utilities or other high‑hazard, complex manufacturing and operational industries.Experience of delivering large‑scale, complex infrastructure projects and programmes.Breadth of commercial experience within a collaborative framework, with specific experience of NEC4 contracts.Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams and driving commercial performance.Strong collaborative stakeholder engagement capabilities.Must hold a Security Check clearance (application support provided if not already obtained).Rolls‑Royce are committed to being a respectful, inclusive, and non‑discriminatory workplace where individuality is valued, diverse perspectives fuel innovation, and everyone can thrive.
