About you

• Proven ERP project management experience within medium-sized or industrial environments
• Hands-on with delivering complex business transformation projects
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and change management
• Organised with strong planning and leadership capabilities
• Familiar with project tools like Microsoft Project or Gantt charts
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Knowledge of finance, procurement, manufacturing, or supply chain operations is preferred

What you’ll do

• Lead and govern the ERP transformation project, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress, and report to senior leadership
• Facilitate stakeholder communication across multiple workstreams, including finance, operations, and external partners
• Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new systems
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation to keep the project on track
• Oversee data migration, testing, and go-live activities, providing hands-on support where needed
• Drive benefits realisation and continuous improvement post-implementation
