Natural Umber is an established and growing brand with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and customer relationships. As part of our continued growth strategy, we are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to help expand our presence and strengthen existing customer partnerships across food service and retail channels.

This is a standalone role offering the opportunity to make a real impact on business growth, supported by a clear sales strategy and a performance-based bonus scheme.

The Role:

As the Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities, developing long-term customer relationships, and maximising sales performance across your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage and maintain sales activity across existing and new accounts
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the food service sector
  • Build strong customer relationships, ensuring high standards of service
  • Maximise sales opportunities with every customer interaction
  • Plan and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company growth and marketing objectives
  • Explore new and innovative approaches to selling Natural Umber products
  • Work closely with the business owner to support and implement growth initiatives
  • Understand customer needs and develop tailored sales plans
  • Grow existing accounts and explore sole-supply opportunities where appropriate
  • Represent the Natural Umber brand professionally at all times
  • Support the marketing department at events or marketing activities

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales or client-facing roles
  • Experience in sales planning and pipeline development
  • Expertise in the geographical landscape of Ireland
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
  • Full, clean driving licence
