Food Service Assistant (FSA27/01)
The OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for a Food Service Assistant to join PRM Group at our Lisburn site, supporting the Cook Manager to run the canteen facility.
What You’ll Be Doing* Assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen* Ensuring the planning, preparation and cooking of food is always to the highest standard.* To ensure a safe environment is maintained in compliance with health, safety, fire and hygiene* Maintenance of cleanliness throughout the kitchen and serving area* Ability to manage and complete required documentation to cover due diligence, ensuring HACCP records are up to date.* Operation of till* Other operational duties when required
What We’re Looking For* Previous Experience working in a similar role* Flexible and adaptable approach* Good communication skills – written and verbal* The ability to demonstrate great team work skills* Basic Food Hygiene
Hours of workMonday – Friday 8.00/9.00am – 4.00pm (to be confirmed)Flexible hours may be required on a Saturday as part of a rota.
