What you’ll be doing:

  • Handling customer enquiries by phone and email.
  • Processing sales orders and quotations.
  • Coordinating deliveries and keeping customers updated.
  • Supporting credit control and general accounts administration.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records using internal systems.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in customer service, sales administration or order processing.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
  • Sage or ERP system experience is desirable.
