Finance Manager – Ballymena
MCS Group is delighted to be partnered with a global manufacturing business seeking to appoint a Finance Manager to join its growing finance team. The Opportunity
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will take ownership of the finance function for a key division of the business. This role offers excellent exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence strategic and operational decision making within a fast paced manufacturing environment.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the business, providing financial insight and analysis while supporting continued growth and operational performance. This position would suit a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working beyond the numbers and wants to make a tangible impact within a dynamic organisation.

The Role
* Deliver detailed variance analysis and performance reporting* Review manufacturing and operational costings to support business performance* Provide financial insight and support to senior stakeholders across the organisation* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting processes* Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance and operational functions
The Person
* Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent accountant* Experience influencing and supporting senior stakeholders* Commercially aware with the ability to understand wider business objectives* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
