Vickerstock are working in partnership with a large public sector organisation on the recruitment of an Administrator
Person Specification
- Minimum 2 years experience in a strategically-focused Administrative role – e.g. Executive Assistant, Office Manager or similar
- Strong Excel & Microsoft skills
- Previous stakeholder management experience
- Experience working across a range of teams and functions within a business
- Business qualifications are desirable but not necessary
- Staff management experience is desirable
- Proactive mindset
- Driver’s licence
Your new role as Administrator
- Take part in continuous improvement plans for the business
- Prepare performance reports for senior management
- Work closely with internal and external teams
- Prepare presentations, reports and memos
- Monitor and evaluate the company’s performance against strategic business plans
- Work directly with Senior Management and C-Suite
- Administrative duties
- Management & prioritisation of your own workload
