We’re working with a well-established professional services organisation to recruit a Front of House Assistant to join their busy team in Belfast. The opportunity
As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and professional experience from the moment they arrive. You’ll be involved in a variety of responsibilities across reception, hospitality, administration, and event support, making this a fantastic role for someone who enjoys variety and staying organised.
This role will involve:
Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Managing incoming calls and taking accurate messages
Preparing meeting rooms and coordinating hospitality requirements
Supporting internal and client-facing events
Handling incoming and outgoing post
Assisting with travel bookings and administrative tasks
Supporting document preparation and data processing
Maintaining office supplies and stationery stock
Working closely with colleagues across multiple departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Skills/qualities required:
Positive, approachable and professional approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence dealing with clients and senior stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Strong IT and administrative skills
