nWhat You’ll Do:n

- Manage your own patient list – capped to ensure quality care.
- Conduct home visits, remote consultations, and in-person assessments.
- Work flexibly, with control over your schedule.
- Become a trusted advocate for your patients, with time to follow up and provide holistic care.
- Be part of a tight‑knit clinical team, fully supported by practice management and nursing staff.

- GMC‑registered with a licence to practice.
