Highland Plumbing& Heating Supplies, located in Tain, Scotland, offers anextensive range of plumbing and heating products both online andthrough the trade counter. We provide expert advice and stock over3000 product lines. We are passionate about customer service andhave a proven track record of providing best in class service toour customers.

Asan Operations Assistantbased in Tain,Ross-shire, you’ll be responsiblefor:  

  • Completinggeneral warehouse duties including picking & packing orders,goods in & out and merchandising within thebranch.

  • Serving customers onthe trade counter and understanding their specific needs to provideproductrecommendations.

  • Respondingto customer phone calls and emails with a proactive, positiveattitude to build strong relationships and ensure excellentcustomerservice.

Inthis role you will be working 42.5 hours per week Monday to Fridaybetween 7.30am – 5pm, along with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 8am –12noon paid atovertime.

And here’swhat we’d like you tohave:

  • A positiveand proactive approach with a willingness to take onboard alltrainingavailable.

  • Confidenceinteracting with customers, asking questions and understandingtheirrequirements.

  • Experienceusing a Forklift would be ideal but not essential as training canbe provided.

  • Full UK DrivingLicence would be preferred to support with relief delivery drivingwhenneeded
