About the role
n
We’re entering a once-in-a-company moment: a major step-change in our D2C marketing investment, a full rebrand of the company and product under the Zable brand, and a marketing function being built out at pace under a newly-appointed CMO. This is one of the most exciting marketing builds in UK fintech right now, with the financial strength, customer base, and product depth to back it up.

We’re looking for a Head of Creative to lead and grow our creative function through this transformation. You’ll set the creative bar across Zable, manage and grow a pod of designers and producers, and own the creative output that defines how millions of customers experience our brands. This is a key role in shaping the next chapter of the company.

What we're looking for:

Essential:
n
- n
- n7+ years of creative experience, with at least 2–3 years leading a creative team in a high-growth consumer brand or top creative agencyn
- nTrack record of building or significantly evolving a brand identity — ideally for a D2C consumer brand going through a rebrand or rapid scalen
- nStrong portfolio across brand, advertising, lifecycle and digital, with work that is genuinely best-in-classn
- nConfident managing, hiring and developing a multi-discipline team (designers, producers, freelancers, agencies)n
- nComfortable operating both strategically (brand vision, system, narrative) and hands-onn
- nExperienced collaborating with senior stakeholders — CMO, growth, lifecycle, product, performance and brandn
- nDemonstrable use of AI in your creative workflow, and a clear point of view on how AI is reshaping the creative disciplinen

Brand & Creative Direction:

- nSet the creative vision and bar across Zable, work closely on the rebrand and its roll-outn
- nTranslate brand strategy into a coherent creative system: identity, tone, design language, motion and videon
- nOwn creative review across all marketing output — paid, lifecycle, organic, brand, partnerships, sponsorshipsn
- nEvolve the brand over time based on customer insight, performance data and market shiftsn

- nHire, manage and develop the creative pod — designers, video producers, freelancers and agency partnersn
