Founding Chief of Risk & Compliance – AI Fintech (UK EMI)

Broadgate, a UK EMI fintech, is seeking a Head of Risk & Compliance to lead the founding risk function and secure EMI authorisation. You will design the framework, implement governance, and partner with founders and engineering on AI governance and controls.

You will sit with the executive team, embed compliance into the operating model, and scale the function post authorisation, shaping risk culture and regulatory strategy across the business.
