Debt Advisory Director: Capital & Transactions Leader

EY Capital & Debt Advisory is seeking a Director to join its market-leading team to support with deal origination and execution. The team advises sovereign, private equity, corporate and entrepreneurial clients on debt-related matters across the bank, credit fund, ABL and capital markets.

The role combines leadership of transaction execution with business development, managing client relationships and coordinating cross-functional workstreams to deliver high-quality deal solutions.
